#PandalCheck – Ashokpara Durga Puja Committee

Durga Puja is an Indian festival that celebrates the victory of good over evil. It falls on the tenth day from the end of Navratri and is dedicated to the goddess Durga. Celebrations include a nine-day puja followed by Vijayadashami, which is also known as Dussehra. Durga Puja is celebrated to remember the victory of good over evil. It is a time when people pray to Goddess Durga for strength and wisdom. They also ask for her blessings for a prosperous life. With her blessings, Maa Durga, we, Dibrugarh 24×7, started the show online called Dibrugarh Durgotsav Awards 2022 to bring to the audience the best.

So we are here for our next of our #JantaJanardhan Series is Ashokpara Pujo Committee. The location of the puja is exactly opposite the lane of Sister Nivedita School. They are a low-budget puja committee with a simple and basic theme that prioritises traditions. They have been celebrating the Puja for more than fifty years now.

Dibrugarh Durgotsav Awards are a very good initiative for all the Puja Committees, giving them a platform and motivating them, despite their budget – big or small.
