CSJMC, DIBRUGARH UNIVERSITY TO ORGANISE ALUMNI MEET 2021

Centre for Studies in Journalism & Mass Communication (CSJMC), Dibrugarh University, one of North-East India’s premiere institutes of media and communication, is set to organize its Alumni Meet 2021 on 27th Dec, 2021, to reconnect with its strong network of alumni and bring together a collective of professionals who have the Centre at the core of their academic journey. This is the second alumni meet to be held at CSJMC.

#KnowYourPlace – Episode 1

Along with the illustrious alumni, spread all across the world, the event will also witness the presence of eminent personalities like Dr. L. K. Nath, Vice Chancellor, Dibrugarh University, Prof. Jiten Hazarika, Registrar, Dibrugarh University, Dr. Kandarpa Kumar Deka, former Vice Chancellor, Dr. Karabi Deka Hazarika, former Professor, Lakhsminath Bezboroa Chair, Dept. Of Assamese, Dibrugarh University, Prof. Neeta Kalita Barua, President, Dibrugarh University Alumni Association and other distinguished guests.

Commenting on the occasion, Dr. Prabin Kumar Gogoi, Chairperson, CSJMC, D.U., said, “The time at the University is one of the most precious phases of most students’ lives. We learn new concepts, formulate new ideas, make the closest of friends, experience new emotions and carve out a path that forever remains in our hearts. Episode 2

This meet which promises to offer a space to former students, present students, academic staff and members to come together and work towards setting newer and greater agenda for the upcoming meets, will be held at Indira Miri Conference Hall, Dibrugarh University, 10 am onwards.
