4th Assam Premier Club Championship Starts in Dibrugarh Today

The 4th Assam Premier Club Championship (APCC) kicked-off today at the DDSA Ground, Dibrugarh in the presence of a host of dignitaries. Shri Biswajit Pegu, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Dibrugarh and Shri Bitul Chetia, APS, Additional SP, Dibrugarh graced the opening ceremony as its Chief Guests.

APCC is one of the chief tournaments of the Assam Cricket Association (ACA), which is organised across all the districts of the State.In the opening ceremony, while Shri Kamakhya Saikia, Joint Secretary, ACA unfurled the flag of ACA, Shri Manash Jyoti Dutta, Vice-President, DDSA hoisted the DDSA flag. The inaugural match is held between Cricket Club of Dibrugarh (Masters) and Freedom Cricket Club, Duliajan.
